Why? Because when you’re stuck waiting in the Doctors office and they have the TV on the View or some insulting drivel, you can discretely change the channel or just turn it off. Or you can mute it.

No one will realize it’s you, just the geezer texting on the new phone.

Just flip their TV to Fox.

Or like me unplug their TV. I was in an exam room with TV this morning. I cannot remember seeing daytime tv except when hospitalized. It was awful hearing about Corona from imbeciles. I had to do some real unplugging. Nobody said a word. This is supposed to be relaxing. After the phone was quiet I conducted business via text, and texted ten other people. Got my work done in the docs office. Productive time. I am of the Bendable generation. I cannot make the phone dance across the room like my kids but I am learning slowly. The phone is your oyster. lol
