If you'd like it, it's yours.

Bendable was going to gift it to someone, who already has many braces and bits, so I'll open it as a regular Karma.

To enter, you have to want to use it, or give it someone who will.

My dad had one of those when I was a kid. Bits were not as nice as those pictured, but I was like a carpenter bee with the couple of augur bits we did have

my grand father was a master carpenter in the 30's - 50's

he and 15 other Amish builders traveled eastern Iowa with their tools in their custom made wooden chests, on horse and wagon.

Barns mostly but some homes and many out buildings on the farms that were very plentiful through out Iowa , back then .

one of his 12 kids ( 3 remaining) has pictures of three round barns and 4 hip roof barns that were still standing in 2009.

I have one. It's a pleasure using it, I'd say it's satisfying, feels good to use.

I recently inherited a corner brace. Cleaned out the old grease and re-greased, it was pretty interesting. Not too antique, as the silicone on the grease caps gave away.

Well, I suppose someone may have worked on it before me....

Bendable has made a pass, and due to the interest I'll draw a regular Karma in a few days.

So put your name in the hat if you're interested.

My father has been collecting old tools for most of his life, tries his best to use them alongside his modern ones in his workshop in retirement.

Thank you for the chance.
