I watched the whole video. I got the impression she is just a really low information person. She had her agenda and two or three talking points, but when called on them, she folded faster that a cheap card table. And my bet is her talking points are from some so called civil rights activist out there that preaches the race baiting victim status / reparations that appealed to her. She was smart/lucid enough when the police showed up to dial back the beligerancy.

What she was asking for as far as a " bigger conversation " , etc. was not going to happen at that hour of the night . I applaud the Officers for keeping their cool with her but they wasted far too much time trying to reason with somebody that wasn't willing to be reasonable . She'll have her day in Court and she can pursue justice for " her people " with the Judge .

She already had her day in court. This incident occurred in October of last year. She was fined a pittance and spent a day in lock-up.

Does anyone else get the feeling she has been planning and practicing this for months?

Just her indignation of not being recognized "...do you know who am I am?" is NOT entitlement, she ain't fuckin' Maxine Waters. Her screaming at the first manager was not entitlement. But then, I'm one of those who label transgenders as mentally unstable, yet many in society thinks it is the most normal behavior in man.
