Probation Violation was the offense for most of the miscreants on that page. Why go to all the trouble of going after these creeps for merely violating probation. I mean that's like writing your name on the black board. Could it be that the underlying crime for which they were convicted, perhaps, but not likely incarcerated and eventually for which said crime they jumped probation was global thermo nuclear war, genocide, aggravated murder, using the wrong pro-nouns at a probation meeting. Probation violation males it sound like an accounting error, she just took too long delivering blankets to the poor because the man took away her shim to get a ride. It's my understanding that the PV is what shows up on a cops screen when he is unlucky enough to run into this...person, so he doesn't know what he's getting himself in for.
