Gracie Allen is my personal savior!
| For those that thought that Epstein's suicide would put a stop to stories coming out, it looks like the lawsuits against the estate are starting to come in. The interesting part is (I believe) New York's decision to pass a law opening up a window for lawsuits that would otherwise be precluded by the statute of limitations. That could open the door to a lot more stories coming out in the course of lawsuits, and a lot more people being subpoena'ed as witnesses than would otherwise have been the case. http://www.yahoo.com/news/3-wo...state-172327021.html |

| Yeah, but trusts are sorta like corporations - if a court determines it was done the wrong way, used the wrong way, or created or for the wrong reasons, then it may not shield anything at all. |

| Why oh why was Epstein murdered? So tragic! He had so much to live for. He would have had a full and rewarding life in prison. Of course he didn't kill himself! Just look!: Pedophiles in prison: The hell that would have awaited Epstein if he'd stayed behind barsquote: Whether Jeffrey Epstein had languished for years awaiting trial under charges of operating a child sex trafficking ring, or whether he'd been convicted, life behind bars for the disgraced money man would have been a far cry from the private islands and majestic mansions to which he'd grown accustomed.
Rather, it would have been something akin to a living hell.
“Life behind bars for Epstein would not have been safe. Chomos are marked,” a white-collar convict who spent more than five years in the prison system at various levels and locations in the U.S. told Fox News. “The unspoken rule is that if you associate with a snitch or chomo, you are the same as them. Even snitches don’t want to associate with chomos, so they have to look out for each other and clique up.”
“Chomo” is prison slang for a child molester and, inmates and officers often claim, they are at the absolute bottom of the implied prison hierarchy.
“Chomos are definitely bottom, then snitches are targeted after them. Drug dealers, white-collar, common folk,” the former inmate said. “Bureau of Prisons (BOP) talks a good game, but you won’t ever provide a safe haven for a chomo in custody.”
Oh, and a trial, with all the embarrassing details, such as his deformed, non-working penis being testified to in court. Maybe the jury and courtroom audience would have been treated to photographs of his mangled junk. Gosh, who wouldn't want to stick around for that? Justice for Jeffrey! Bring the conspirators to justice! |

| Seems the video recording from jail, are declared "corrupted" and unusable. " Surveillance footage from one of the cameras outside the cell of Jeffery Epstein has been found to be "unusable", The Washington Post reported, citing three anonymous sources. It's unclear why the footage from this specific camera is "unusable" and what exactly is wrong with it, but videos from other cameras are reportedly all right. The sources didn't clarify what was learned from the undamaged footage. " But I bet all of you saw this coming long ago... Three people familiar with the investigation by the FBI and the Justice Department’s inspector general told the Washington Post that it wasn’t immediately known why some of the footage from outside the disgraced financier’s cell is too flawed to review — or what precisely can be seen in portions that are usable. https://nypost.com/2019/08/27/...ed-to-review-report/
"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." -- Justice Janice Rogers Brown

| Oy, fuel for the conspiracy theorists. Here we go again. Now they're just gonna be 100% certain that he was murdered. It's never gonna die, unlike Epstein. |

Famed pathologist Michael Baden says Jeffrey Epstein’s death was homicide By Lee BrownOctober 30, 2019 | 7:53am | Updated
New York City’s former chief medical examiner insisted Wednesday that Jeffrey Epstein’s death was a homicide.
Forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden was hired by the pedophile’s brother, Mark Epstein, to observe his autopsy after he was found hanged in his Manhattan lockup in August.
“I think that the evidence points toward homicide rather than suicide,” Baden insisted on Fox News Wednesday.
“The brother is concerned that if [Epstein] was murdered, then other people who have information might be at risk,” Baden insisted, suggesting powerful players may have been involved in the death.
“If they think he has information, his life could be in jeopardy.”
Baden said there were signs of “unusual” activity “from day one” of the autopsy, saying the wounds were “more consistent with ligature homicidal strangulation.”
Baden noted three fractured bones in the sex attacker’s thyroid that he insisted he has never before seen from a hanging death in 50 years of examinations.
“Hanging does not cause these broken bones and homicide does,” he insisted on Fox. “A huge amount of pressure was applied.”
Baden also called for federal prosecutors to release the findings from DNA samples.
“They took fingernail clippings to see if there’s anybody else’s DNA on it and that hasn’t been released, neither has information about whose DNA is on the ligature out of torn strips of orange sheets,” he said.
“Whoever made it has to have a lot of DNA on it and the brother has been asking for that from day one.”
He also questioned the supposed “total breakdown in security,” with the “extremely unlikely” coincidences of two guards falling asleep while video cameras in Epstein’s cell and hallway were also not working.
“Occasionally a guard falls asleep — never two guards at the same time,” he said on Fox.
“The issue would be, did somebody come in and cause his death?”
There would be no shortage of people keen to kill the pedophile, the pathologist admitted.
“There were 800 other people in the correctional facility and most of them would have liked to have gotten their hands on him,” he said, both because of the sex crimes and the chance to “make a name for themselves.”
However, he stressed, “A number of people had to be involved if this was a homicide.”
“It’s 80 days now and the brother feels he is getting a runaround,” Baden said.
“He thinks that his brother wasn’t the type to commit suicide but he wants to get the information that he hasn’t been able to get so far.”

True. I'm not a pathologist, but as a "state certified" homicide investigator, this observation from the MD is consistent with both my training and experience. As virtually any trained homicide investigator will tell you: Every suspicious death should be treated as a homicide until that's ruled out and this type of injury sends up a huge red flag.
