Whenever both major party nominees are crappy candidates, it seems like the DEM crappy candidate will always have an edge.

Yep, it's like the Reps say "I'm not voting for that guy, his views on A are not the same as mine (doesn't matter if his views on B, C, & D are...)

The Dems will vote for anyone with a D besides their name, to include a brain-dead potato head for a president.

Maybe. But twice this race was close. But Stacey Abraham got trounced in her second run to be governor. Both Senate races were a few points difference, but her race how many points did she lose by? She couldn't demand a recount it was that bad.

The fact that Twitter and FB and all of the fake media lied to the US public should be evident to anyone with any semblance of working gray matter. They are DNC operatives.
J6 was a staged event, Pelosi and Bowser as major players, to suppress the opposition to the certification of the fraudulent election.
Biden didn’t even approach 81 million valid ballots. President Trump had more votes than any presidential candidate in US history and the fake media would have us believe that he lost that election. It’s just ludicrous to think that’s true.

Since Biden’s installment into the oval office, the US has been on a path for our demise. His first act being the fraudulent occupier of the oval office, eliminating US energy independence, should have been sufficient evidence to understand why Biden was criminally installed.
And all of this was made possible by a virus clandestinely created and disseminated through US federal bureaucrats and the CCP. The Marxist globalists used the CCP virus to criminally change many state election laws. Their partners, big tech and the fake media, created the atmosphere of fear, panic, and hysteria that cowered many US citizens into submission. And now every election in several states can be manipulated through even worse than third world tactics.

You know why they hate Trump so much? Because he pushes MAGA. MAGA is anti-globalism. Just so you know any US politician NOT embracing MAGA isn’t worthy of election. MAGA confirms their intent to uphold their oath of office.

The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

There are MAGA republicans and anti-MAGA republicans, unlike the D where the fringe will
work with the main stream, or both factions work together in elections, R have always worked against each other, MAGA issues have made it worse.

Until MAGA goes away, or, we eliminate anti MAGA voter issues, the R party is split, and that's what the D goal and Media/social media push was about, split the party, win elections...

There's also an official Republican Platform. Seems that one of those groups is more in favor of those principals, and the other group is Republican in name only.

Forgoing all of that because you don't like mean tweets is a serious problem.

The uniparty must reign supreme. Any challenger to it will be attacked with the utmost energy. The only reason Trump wasn’t convicted under impeachment was because republicans couldn’t let someone under the party banner be successfully impeached. He exposed the nasty cancer that is the uniparty and if he runs again, both parties will pull out all the stops in the primaries to keep him out.

I loathe the RINO’s in office just as deeply as the Communist Democratic Party. McConnell, McCarthy, Thune, Rounds I could name them all but sadly it would be quicker to name the Good Republicans.

I think that proves the point Orive 8 was making. Kemp was a way more appealing candidate than Walker. Republicans didn’t turn out for Walker like they did Kemp. That’s reflected in the voting numbers.

In both races the Democrats got 1.8 million votes. But in the Governors race Kemp got 2.1 million votes compared to Walker only getting 1.7 million yesterday.

Close to the exact same number of democrats turned up for both candidates on both election days but almost half a million republicans who voted for Kemp in Nov didn’t vote for Walker yesterday. Voting Republicans outnumber voting Democrats in GA, they just have to have a candidate they will support. Democrats will vote for anyone with a D next to their name.

That happened in several other states as well. If the senate candidate performs as well as the gubernatorial candidate in New Hampshire, Georgia, and Nevada, it’s 52-48 republican. Run better candidates. I also agree that Warnock only winning by that margin is a telling indictment of how little he is actually liked in Georgia

Walker was a very bad candidate if for no other reason than he was never going to get support from suburban moderates who usually vote for Republicans but not ones who can barely read and who probably paid for the girlfriends to get abortions. These are the same people who don't like Trump because of his personality.

Also, many republicans seem to have the idea that to beat a black Democrat they have to run their own black candidate to take race out of the equation. It NEVER works and frankly, it's kinda racist, in itself.

That's the maddening thing. The last three Georgia Senate candidates may not have been the best candidates, but all three races could've been won. Considering how close Walker came against a sitting Dem. Senator, it's hard to know exactly what made the difference - the candidate, Trump being turned into a bogeyman in campaign rhetoric, RINOs, fiddling with the vote, or something else. Whatever may have been the problem or problems, it or they are not enough to make a hopeless race out of anything like a passable candidate.

There must be a solution somewhere; Walker just plain came too damned close for that to not be true.

Unfortunately all we can do right now is sit back and wait for the inevitable overreach and push for candidates with something coherent and positive to offer so that they can actually take advantage of that overreach.

I don’t think this game is about “Candidate Quality “ as Cocaine Mitch McConnell, and others suggest … The Republicans aren’t playing the correct game.

Candidates don’t matter… Ballots do.

I don’t even know if they’re on the same field or even same planet.

I’m not endorsing it, I’m not saying it’s right. But the rules have been changed without asking the people.

Or....

You could get involved in identifying and promoting quality candidates.

You could get involved in correcting voting problems.

You could get involved in coordinating taking advantage of the voter laws just like the left has.

Sitting back and waiting will get you exactly where you currently are. The left isn't sitting back and waiting, which is why they are getting where they are.

I agree. Fetterman won so don't talk to me about "quality" candidates. It's bullshit. And to buy that Walker paid for her girlfriend's abortion as a ding against him versus Warnock's wife complaining about him hitting her with his car is more bullshit. It's not as if people would change their positions if the stories were reversed as in Warnock paid for his girlfriend's abortion and Walker hit his wife with his car.

I like what Laura Ingraham said: "Why am I not surprised that the Democrat polls are always delayed in giving their counts?" People are being cowed into not raising issues about election shenanigans as it risks upsetting the apple cart for those in power.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual."
