1. Kim
2. Trump

Both self obsessed and coming off as unpredictable.

Thought that it was clear in my post that those were the two leaders I was pointing out.

Would it not make sense that everyone in Seoul right now would be concerned not only about Kim's normal (currently elevated) level of crazy, but also regarding Trump sending over some serious power while having displayed he would drop some heat on threats?

You're in the wrong forum

Looking back over your posting history, I notice an absence of posts in political topics. It would be a good idea for you to return to that pattern, because I just don't want to hear whining about the man who stopped Hillary Clinton. Your lack of gratitude for his having done this is your problem, not ours. Don't try to spread that misery to us. We like and support President Trump and no one here- least of all yours truly- wants to listen to complaining about the man.

Hah, okay. Let me know who all would currently like to be living in Seoul ATM facing the consequences of what could play out.

Sorry, I don't live online in a forum. I post when I happen to see something I feel like posting about. I'm sure I've had stretches of not posting much here in any sub forum.

I don't give a hoot in Hell where you "live", nor about your frequency in posting. Just stow your complaints about the President. I'm not havin' it, not after what he's done for us.

You brought up my posting past, not sure what you're reaching for here. If my posting history isn't cared about, why mention it? I think anyone living in that immediate area right now probably feels much more uncertain and fearful than you or I.

a) MOABs are dropped by fat, slow C-130s.
B) NorKs have radar.
c) NorKs have fighter interceptors ans SAMs.
d) Nobody will risk C-130s without FIRST sending in huge SEAD strikes.
e) This would negate any surprise we would hope for.
f) NorKs would level Seoul when they see our SEAD strikes coming in (WAY before the first MOAB fell) . . .
g) Pyrrhic victory.
Yes and those big blasters are just short of 15 million per. I bet it is complex to make them as well.

I'm not "reaching" for anything. Whenever a member posts bullshit like you did, the very first thing I do is look at their posting history. I look at the remarks they make, not how often they're posting, which is what you brought up.

This is not a debate. We're not going to end up with you and I coming to some agreement that's beneficial for both of us. I am telling you- flat out- I will not tolerate remarks like you've made about the President. End of story.

It's like watching a slow-motion train wreck...

Now for the reason I posted:

I was talking to my 9yr old son and he was asking about the NK situation.

I explained that the guy is a bully - told my son, think of the smallest kid in your grade you know, and now imagine that he's walking around bullying everyone. We're going to put an end to it.

My son asks - what if he uses a nuke like they talk about him having.

Me: They can't reach us.

Son: But what about everyone else? (We had talked about SK, Japan, China)

Well, they're all going to make sure he doesn't use one.

Son: But he can probably get one off at them.

Me: Lets hope it doesn't come to that.

But all-in-all I feel like we're putting the proverbial cat in a corner...

Hedley Lamarr: Wait, wait, wait. I'm unarmed.
Bart: Alright, we'll settle this like men, with our fists.
Hedley Lamarr: Sorry, I just remembered . . . I am armed.

Do they even have any kind of deployable nukes?

My understanding is that they are still in the testing/development stage.

If they have a deployable device, and use it, God help them because the USA will not!.

Maybe they could cobble something together, conceal it on a ship and send it here. Otherwise, I don't see it.

Hahaha, phew. Thanks, I did need a good laugh. The utter originality in your life must be overwhelming.

I'm saying I think given the instability seen on both sides, Seoul and anyone there should be scared to a pretty reasonable degree. If you think otherwise, cool.

I think it would be relatively easy for the North to nuke the South. Aside from that, I think they'll need more viagra to get the job done.

Tell ya what- let's set a date. Let's say, oh, Labor Day. I am telling you that months from now, NK and SK will still exist as sovereign nations and no one in that region will have detonated any nuclear weapons.

You be sure and come around so that I can say "I told you so", 'k?

Everytime we start the worrying and hand-wringing in this forum about this or that, I pipe up and make a bold statement that turns out to be true. Same thing this time around. Bet on it.

With three carrier groups added to other forces, and Trump's proclivity for action, Lil Kim will have plenty to think about.
