I saw that reported in another article. I refuse to believe that a randomly disorganised Rubik's cube could be returned to standard start position in 3.13 seconds. Utterly ridiculous.

I glance at my unfinished Rubik's Cube every day. It has looked the same since some time in the late 1980s I believe.

How long do you imagine it should take? My nephew after a good bit of practice used to be able to solve his Rubik's cube in under ten seconds. There's some trick to it, one I've never bothered to learn.

Did you read that he is autistic? He probably sees things different than you and me.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

Saw a short Netflix (I think) documentary on these kids not too long ago.

They're... interesting. Not sure they're going to be retiring on NIL deals, however.
