Band dad.
Though the 66 Mustang is back on the road this year, after I rebuilt the straight 6 in the garage. That was fun.

I used to play a lot of golf until I began to stink at it, and couldn't get better or stop the slide.

The fish is mute, expressionless. The fish doesn't think because the fish knows everything.

Was motorcycling. Sold the bike & haven't ridden in a while.
Have been on a few rides with tatortodd & my FIL has 2 bikes we'll take out on occasion.

Was building a sports car (Lotus 7 replica). Sold before we moved to a house with no garage.

Will be taking up archery after Christmas. Hope to be able to keep at it. MY oldest daughter has a bow & was pretty good at it. So we'll be able to do that together.

Got a smoker last week, so may see if it's something I want to get into & do more often.

Otherwise, with 3 kids 11 & under, our spare time is pretty sparse.

Flyfishing, mountain biking, skydiving, and skiing. I love to scuba dive but its hard to get to the ocean these days without a dive buddy. All of my former dive buddies got married and they can't play anymore.

Riding and maintaining my motorcycles.
Maintaining the rural property, clearing trails, firewood, mowing, etc.
Camping, alone when traveling by motorcycle or car camping with my friend and dog. I find it very relaxing.
Cooking, especially in winter.
Hopefully X-country skiing becomes a hobby, I just started last year but really enjoy it. Come on snow!

No car is as much fun to drive, as any motorcycle is to ride.

Ham Radio, Photography and collecting old classic movies on DVD.

I had a collection of firearms but they were all lost in a boating accident during a violent storm on Parker lake in Arizona.

-Fish and hunt.
-A little bit of Ham radio.
-My wife and I enjoy cooking together, trying new recipes and techniques.
-I still enjoy guns but I've sold off many I don't shoot or have a purpose and I'm not adding much. I do have and eye on a 365 Marco. Smile
-I used to read a lot. For some reason I've gotten away from that. Must revisit.
-I still dabble in graphic design, mostly simple stuff for family, friends or donations to local organizations.
-I don't know if it would be considered a hobby. I do go to the gym 5-6 days a week. Nothing crazy. I just feel so much better after a little workout

I play tennis and enjoy the hell outta watching my Boston Bruins (been a die-hard fan for over 52 years now). I was into road cycling, but I've not pedaled seriously in over 2 years.

When I lived back in NJ, the Fall striper season was my addiction. My boat was based up the Shrewsbury River and at least once I cracked ice to get out. When Fall came my wife moved off the boat and my partner moved in, we were among the best, had many phenomenal days!

For hobbies:
Photography, even have pieces in a couple of galleries
Knife collecting, mostly customs, buying less now that I'm retired but still love it
Rock collecting and tumbling, I love polishing rocks, most go to young kids, they love them.

You’re probably not far from me. I should have you teach me. Smile. I fished a little as a kid and have tried fruitlessly to get back into it but I just don’t have the knowledge or skills.

I would be glad to! Send me an email!

Photography (Nikon D7100 DSLR), traveling, church (sing in Choir), collecting items of cobalt glass (more than 300 pcs), cats (currently have 4), have an accumulation of guns (about 80), and I watch a lot of cable TV. I used to include pistol shooting, but I haven't done much of that lately. And I dabble in genealogy.
