https://www.foxnews.com/us/cal...ed-80-looters-insane

About 80 looters in ski masks ransacked a Nordstrom location outside of San Francisco, in a scene described by witnesses as "insane" and like something "out of a movie."

"We probably saw 50 to 80 people in ski masks crowbars a bunch of weapons. They were looting the Nordstrom's right here. And I thought they were going to start beating cars. I had to start locking doors lock the front door lock the back door," local PF Chang's manager Brett Barrette told KGO.

The incident unfolded before 9 p.m. on Saturday evening in Walnut Creek, which is about 25 miles outside San Francisco. A local reporter tweeted footage of the scene and said about 25 cars pulled up outside of the Nordstrom before running in, grabbing merchandise and fleeing.

It’s unclear how much merchandise was stolen, NBC News reported. Walnut Creek Police Department said that one employee was pepper sprayed and two others were kicked and punched. They were treated and released on the scene.

What's "insane" about what is almost certainly an oppressed class clearly seeking equity?

^^^ Nordstrom's is overpriced, so they clearly aren't getting the equity out of a shoplifting raid there that they should?

Organized crime not looters. Similar organized groups hit the local malls during the BLM Riots here in the Seattle area.

If employees were pepper sprayed, kicked, and punched, it was no longer “shoplifting” or “looting,” but rather robbery, and possibly armed robbery under the statutes I’m familiar with. Those used to be serious offenses, but as we sink lower and lower into third worldom, who cares? Roll Eyes

Given the supply chain problems, BLM has announced that there will be no more riots until the store shelves are properly stocked.

The thefts are misdemeanors now, aren't they? But according to a Dirty Harry movie, isn't conspiracy to commit misdemeanors become a felony?

that's right. Robbery. With injuries during the commission of the robbery. I have no idea why they don't call it what it is: Robbery.

Because after the Mike Brown Riots, a lot of states changed Robbery 2nd aka Strong-arm Robbery. Progressive Prosecutors even made it worse with their interpretations of the laws. for example, when Bell became the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney, we took a few Robbery cases over that were refused or issued as Stealing and Assault (misdemeanor). The new at that time Missouri Robbery 2nd had a stipulation that there be some sort of significant injury to the victim. The Prosecutors told us that according to Bell, that meant obvious broken bones, stitches, and/or surgery. Getting sprayed with pepper spray (dog pepper spray was very popular), punched or choked did not count. Recently with the climb in Robberies (surprising I know Roll Eyes), they have started to issue on cases that they didn't before. Hmmm, I believe Bell's term expires next year and rising crime rates in affluent suburbia is not winning him any voters. His no death penalty decisions in several cases where it should be applied has not won him many fans.

Speaking of pepper spray…….I buy grizzly bear spray. Shoots in a fog for 60 feet and will lay you out. How do I know you ask? The car detailer cleaned my daughters car. He decided to play fuck around and find out.

Shot it a a wall and it boomeranged and got his ass in the face. He dropped could not breath, threw up and thought he was permanently blinded as he could not see for 10-15 min while he crawled in the house and took a shower.

Took several hours to get back to normal. So I say go big or go home. Amateur looters.

Udap bear spray. On Amazon. It is even effective on polar bears.

Let me tell you when my wife wife and daughter recounted the story I could not breath and had tears in my eyes I was laughing so hard. So no. I would not feel bad at all. I gave this to my kids to put in their cars for all the woke BLM assholes. Told them open the sunroof and blast them like a water cannon on a fire truck. They will get out of the way or drop.

I can fully endorse this product. I have one by the front door in the holster it comes with.

Bear spray recall forces hikers to check their canisters

Aug 25, 2020 Updated Aug 26, 2020

https://www.khq.com/regional/b...4d-b39dec99039d.html

With bears preparing for hibernation soon, hikers are encouraged to check their bear spray to make sure it works.

Earlier this month, UDAP issued a recall of bear spray canisters sold at Costco.

Be Bear Aware Director Chuck Bartlebaugh is telling folks to check the type of bear spray they have at home.

If you recently bought the bear spray from Costco the recall said you should check for the following "lot codes": P1709, P1804, P1805, P1806, P1807, and P1817. If you have one of these codes the recalls said you should spray test the can for less than half a second. Click here to read the recall notice.

"Just give it a quick little pop to make sure it is still functioning," FWP Bear Manager James Jonkel said. "Over time you can loose your seal, it could freeze, so it's always good to make sure what you are carrying works."

But Bartlebaugh said you might be better off just returning the canister and buying a different brand.

"Take it back to Costco, ask for your money back and don't test fire," Bartlebaugh said. "Test firing will only use up your ingredients and when you go to use it you will not have sufficient bear spray."

David Wood with the U.S. Geological Survey Agency also responded to the recall and said in testing they have done to find out what would happen if you tested your bear spray is if you spray for one second, you will have used up 45% of the active ingredients in the canister, Capsaicin and related Capsaicinoids.

At the end of the day, bear spray will only work if you are paying attention.

"The big message is, just paying attention," Jonkel said."Don't be looking down at your feet and I don't recommend wandering around in the woods wearing headphones listening to music."

Remember, bear spray is only effective if you use it properly. For more tips, the Be Bear Aware website has more information and demonstrations on how to use bear spray.

Because all the 'woke types' are obsessed, to the point of mental derangement, with identity. Their entire being/existence, revolves around themselves and making sure they stand-out: hair-style, piercings, non-mainstream clothing, etc... THey're expecting 'normies' to make comments about their appearance and thus, they can 'trigger' themselves and get worked up into a frenzy of self-righteousness. When they aren't being singled-out or, being the center of attention, they'll manufacture something, anything so everyone's attention is returned to them.

It's a weird narcissistic/persecution complex Roll Eyes

Sounds exactly true when you think about it. Definitely consistent with weirdo theory of the non-intelligent variety.
