Suing the federal government sucks, there’s literally no way around it. It’s long, it’s expensive and it sucks out a piece of your soul. As much as I would recommend my attorneys to anyone, I could never in good conscience recommend anyone file a complaint against or otherwise sue the federal government without understanding how long and arduous of a process it is.
