nhtagmemberPointer to an EEO Lawyer for a federal employee
A good friend of mine is looking for a lawyer to discuss a problem.
Anyone know of any specialists?
Thanks

Rick LeeIf he belongs to AFGE (American Federation of Government Employees), they should be able to point him in the right direction.

Lt CHEGTully Rinckey (www.tullylegal.com/) represented me in my whistleblower retaliation case against ATF. I won on 5 out of 6 counts. I would highly recommend them. Suing the federal government sucks, there’s literally no way around it. It’s long, it’s expensive and it sucks out a piece of your soul. As much as I would recommend my attorneys to anyone, I could never in good conscience recommend anyone file a complaint against or otherwise sue the federal government without understanding how long and arduous of a process it is. Good luck to your friend.
