Tully Rinckey (www.tullylegal.com/) represented me in my whistleblower retaliation case against ATF. I won on 5 out of 6 counts. I would highly recommend them. Suing the federal government sucks, there’s literally no way around it. It’s long, it’s expensive and it sucks out a piece of your soul. As much as I would recommend my attorneys to anyone, I could never in good conscience recommend anyone file a complaint against or otherwise sue the federal government without understanding how long and arduous of a process it is.
