I left the industry in about 2000. Looks like Franklin elect. got into the liquid ends in mid the mid 2000's by acquisition. Before that it was motors and control boxes to the best of my knowledge. So I stand corrected to some degree. "Practice like you want to play in the game"

Pressure switch and pressure tank replaced. Pump is working and no real significant issue with it other than age. Pump guys suggested replacing it as a matter of preventive maintenance. Over $5k for new pump and wire. I am all for hard working folks making a profit. But that is a hard pill to swallow. Thankful I have time to figure it out. Thanks guys for the thoughts in this thread. "Practice like you want to play in the game"

Who'd you use? Just curious. There's a plumber fella around here who's solution to every problem is to replace the pressure tank. He suckered me in. ________________________________________________________ It is long past time for a Convention of States.
