The US has given foreign aid to countries with no strings attached for decades. It's time for that to end. Why should the US continue to give financial aid to countries who think they can tell us what to do...Or do you think the US should just go along with the tyrants and dictators of the world?

Yes, the US already killed the binding Security Council resolution. This is a non-binding resolution from the entire General Assembly, much like a worthless Congressional censure.
