You can use the mini for a static location no issues and the same performance possible. pricing for mobile use is different but not a real big issue. In some use cases a mini might be cheaper if you use very littls. FWIW>

If you are in a camper remote somewhere and need access to email and do some limited data and minimal streaming a mini will suffice, sort of. Otherwise from what I have seen, no.

You need more than 100mbs of bandwidth down? For most I doubt your firewall will do better than 20mbs. I doubt your routers will exceed 10mbs. I doubt your wifi will exceed 5mbs. So I am unsure what you are talking about. The average person will not notice the difference in ultimate performance. But if you are just using it at one location its not the optimum option which is the tradeoff on size and portability. But if you want to have the option of using it occassionally mobile, you won't suffer very much when at home.

Jon, you like to argue with me. All I can tell you is I do not think K5blazer is using the mini and if you go to youtube most all the the mini mobile camper types say the mini is barely tolerable for what most people have at their homes for service. That is all I can tell you. If you want service like most of us have to access and spend time on the SF, stream TV and all the rest the mini and mini service plans are not going to be adequate.
IIrc you have to be with in like 10-12' of the panel. Ymmv
