Uh, no. The VA needs to be disbanded and our Vet's given medical cards they can use at the doctor(s) of their choice. No more driving for hours to the doctor, getting substandard care, and costing the taxpayers a fortune to perpetuate another worthless government run boondoggle. The VA had its place and time many years ago, but its completely unnecessary in today's world.

I agree that the real solution to VA medical crap is to do away with it, give all eligible vets what amounts to a credit card good for any doctor or medical facility in the USA.

My wife was talking to some of the vets at the Richmond facility while waiting for grandson. None of them were happy, every one had the same complaints. Long lines, no service, hours of wait time. One vet told her he had been going there for more than 5 years, treating the same thing, and they would NOT give him the approval to go to a civilian facility.

Grandson applied to have his 60% disability upgraded to 100% due to major PTSD problems.

19 MONTHS AGO, HAS HEARD NOTHING, AND GETS NO ANSWERS AS TO WHY!

Exactly! Another example of 1984 "doublespeak." As someone posted earlier, get them off the Govt tit, and use the savings to address vet health care or build the wall!

I seem to recall the “Palestinians” are a modern creation. As in 1948. When Isreal came into being its neighbors declared war and attacked. In the fighting, Arabs living in the area moved to to refugee camps. The same camps that exist today. There were two versions for this movement of people. First, the fighting and the Israelis forced people out, be it security or ethnic cleansing. Second, the Arab states encouraged people to leave with the promise that they’d return once Isreal was defeate. Take your puck.
Since then the camps have been places where the manpower comes from in the fight against Isreal. The camps have also been held up as a claim of how means Isreal is. That the camps could have been emptied and settlements made is ignored.

What took so long. All foreign aid should be reviewed annually, if not prior to each payment being made. Thank you Mr. President, please keep up the good work.

No, my proposal there would be to only match the aid sent by other countries. Why does the US always have to be the one to write the checks for everyone else's problems? We can help, but only when other first world countries do.
