It happens occasionally, and I always consider it a polite sign of affectionate familiarity.

On the flipside, and I know this is 100% my own issue… But for whatever reason it bugs me when I see people call Para by his first name.

I've seen it on occasion. My mind, if it bugged him, he could edit it out.
Rare enough that most probably still don't know it, and if what I've seen is right, common enough to be fairly minor.
