My local HD has speed bumps, and not those rubberized car stop like things.

At mine, drivers don't pay attention and at the same time, people who've already parked and are walking into the store don't often stop and look for traffic before walking into the store.

Stupid drivers and stupid peds. You can't fix the peds but you can slow down the idiot drivers.

Well the speed bumps and parking blocks are both black and yellow, so close enough for whatever lazy worker pulled them from the storage building....
