I am glad you recovered! What you experienced at first sounds exactly like what my aunt had. She was the aunt/uncle I was the closest with and just died last week of a massive heart attack and they think it was COVID caused.

She was 65 and it excellent health. She was a very active woman. She started having bad sinus problems so they prescribed her Zpack. She decided to go get tested for COVID and died before she got the positive results.

She woke up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat and when she checked her oxygen it was 38% so she called EMS. She died the moment they laid her on hospital table in ER. I have read that Zpack can have adverse effects on the heart and also hear COVID can screw with blood and heart so I think all combined gave her the heart attack. Still waiting for official ME report. I miss her dearly.
