Airport terminals are operated by the city/county (as applicable)and they decide internal operations and facilities. (You can see this by who works and qualifications for as TSA employees ) ie., they get paid by the city/county, not the feds).) I'm going assume these are likely in Terminal D at IAH. I don't recall seeing anything like that in C/E [Primarily United terminals] the last couple times I've flown. The Enemy's gate is down. | |||

While the project may be privately funded, it's going into a publicly funded space so you shouldn't have to guess who the benefactor is. It should be a matter of public record. | |||
