In Pennsylvania I owned a '77 280Z and GF at that time had a 260Z. Both cars succumbed to the "Tin Worm". ********* "Some people are alive today because it's against the law to kill them".

Bunch of savages in this town |
I spent a lot of time in a TR-6, growing up, including a few coast to coast drives. My dad had one, kept it in almost immaculate condition. Had an Anza exhaust (I think), it sounded beautiful. He sold it to a neighbor that let it rot away in his side yard. I spent my youth loving that car, even got to take it to my junior prom. ----------------- I apologize now...

one of the two very favorite foreign cars I'd love to have a new copy: Citroen ID19 http://cloud.leparking.fr/2016...rouge_4905307058.jpg or the 1958 Mercedes 220SE (last of the round bodies) https://cdn.bringatrailer.com/...46225425-940x720.jpgThis message has been edited. My first car: 1976 Monte Carlo Second one was 1968 Camero my dad had and ask if I wanted to rebuild. I said no thanks because I had just gotten my Monte Carlo. Still kicking my self.

They were only made in 2004. 2005/2006 were made with a 6.0L motor. Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it. I had a 1983 Ford XLS short bed, Styleside. Straight 6, four speed, four wheel drive. No AC, crank windows, bench seat. Good solid basic truck. I would love to own it today. Let me help you out. Which way did you come in?

Had a '68 Camaro many years ago. Would love to have one again. But they're FAR too pricey nowadays. _______________________ “The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Loved those Texas one room schools |
We bought a 1963 Plymouth Valiant demonstrator when the new models came out. That car gave many years of trouble free service. I wouldn't mind having another one just like it. _________________________ "Louis was furious with the sharks. My 1967 GTO HO convertible. White, black top, blue interior, Hurst dual gate shifter. I bought it new from my uncle, who was a Cadillac-Pontiac dealer, $3600. At the time, it seemed so fast but a current Camry would probably outrun it. Later traded it on a 1971 Ford LTD because we had a new baby and the goat was not air conditioned. Got over losing the wife, who made me trade it. Have not gotten over losing the GTO. I still have a recuurring dream, that I never sold it, I just put it in a garage and forgot about it. In the dream, I'm going back to the garage to get it.

I bought a 1973 Olds Cutlass Supreme from my aunt in 1982. She was the little old lady that drove to church and back and never over 45 mph. That car only had about 50k miles on it when I got it. I drove it for several years and got the bug to trade it on a 4 wheel drive truck. I know the 73's weren't anything special, but I loved that old car. Here's to the sunny slopes of long ago.

1975 Dodge Dart Swinger with the reverse back windshield for me. Of course, I would have wanted a bigger/faster engine than what my dad got for me. "It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." When I was in college I had a '73 VW Super beetle. 4-speed manual, passenger seat not even bolted to the floor. I drove it across campus off road as much as on pavement. It was a lot of fun. "Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." -- Justice Janice Rogers Brown "The United States government is the largest criminal enterprise on earth." -rduckwor
