Found this and thought it worthy of sharing (hopefully not already posted... looked and didn't find it). Believe it is attributed to Tim Allen:

================================================

Here are some interesting points to think about prior to 2020, especially to my friends on the fence, like moderate Democrats, Libertarians and Independents and the never Trump Republicans and those thinking of "walking away" from the Democratic party.

Women are upset at Trump’s naughty words -- they also bought 80 million copies of 50 Shades of Gray.

Not one feminist has defended Sarah Sanders. It seems women’s rights only matter if those women are liberal.

No Border Walls. No voter ID laws. Did you figure it out yet? But wait... there's more.

Chelsea Clinton got out of college and got a job at NBC that paid $900,000 per year. Her mom flies around the country speaking out about white privilege.

And just like that, they went from being against foreign interference in our elections to allowing non-citizens to vote in our elections.

President Trump’s wall costs less than the Obamacare website. Let that sink in, America.

We are one election away from open borders, socialism, gun confiscation, and full-term abortion nationally. We are fighting evil.

They sent more troops and armament to arrest Roger Stone than they sent to defend Benghazi.

60 years ago, Venezuela was 4th on the world economic freedom index.
Today, they are 179th and their citizens are dying of starvation.
In only 10 years, Venezuela was destroyed by democratic socialism.

Russia donated $0.00 to the Trump campaign. Russia donated $145,600,000 to the Clinton Foundation. But Trump was the one investigated!

Nancy Pelosi invited illegal aliens to the State of the Union. President Trump Invited victims of illegal aliens to the State of the Union. Let that sink in.

A socialist is basically a communist who doesn’t have the power to take everything from their citizens at gunpoint ... Yet!

How do you walk 3000 miles across Mexico without food or support and show up at our border 100 pounds overweight and with a cellphone?

Alexandria Ocasio Cortez wants to ban cars, ban planes, give out universal income and thinks socialism works. She calls Donald Trump crazy.

Bill Clinton paid $850,000 to Paula Jones To get her to go away. I don’t remember the FBI raiding his lawyer’s office.

I wake up every day and I am grateful that Hillary Clinton is not the president of the United States of America.

The same media that told me Hillary Clinton had a 95% chance of winning now tells me Trump’s approval ratings are low.

“The problem with socialism is that sooner or later you run out of other people’s money.”— Margaret Thatcher

Maxine Waters opposes voter ID laws; She thinks that they are racist. You need to have a photo ID to attend her town hall meetings.

President Trump said — "They’re not after me. They’re after you. I’m just in their way."

Will Donald Trump make a triumphant entrance to a joint session of Congress to hail his new trade agreement with Mexico and Canada? And will that be before or after he gets acquitted in an impeachment trial? Yes, says Chuck Grassley to all of the above.

Speaking just prior to a committee vote on the USMCA, the Finance Committee chair said Trump could have USMCA completed by the end of the week, or the end of the month at the latest

“It’s going to be overwhelmingly approved,” Sen. Charles Grassley says about the USMCA trade deal. “It’s very bipartisan.”

Either date would put the approval before Trump’s scheduled State of the Union speech on February 4th .

That will make things a bit awkward for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who will have to offer Trump full pomp and circumstance for his address to the joint session. Trump will no doubt use the occasion to remind voters that he came to Washington to make deals, while Democrats seem obsessed with refighting the 2016 election instead.

I'd love to go to that, but can't make it. My advice based on the Hershey rally in 2016; get there like 4-5 hours early AT LEAST. Be ready to deal with libtard idiots harassing you in line.

Very interesting that Trump chose Wildwood as a venue, I believe he said it was a reward to Jeff Van Drew for switching.

It’s a much smaller venue, about 7,000 capacity, located on the beach in a tourist town located at the very bottom tip of NJ.

My family owns a hotel about 8 blocks from the location that we’ve had since the 70s.

The Wildwoods are a tourist based economy, much like the majority of south jersey, which only sees business 3-4 months out of the year.

South NJ is the total opposite of the north. North is very liberal (and cause all the NJ BS) and is more “Jersey Shore” guidoland, the south is considered more conservative “red neck”...but it’s a seashore tourist town. The north has the population and wields the power and south is at their mercy.

With such a low capacity, I’ll make sure I get there super early. His appearance during the off season will inject a HUGE amount into the local economy, at a time of year when you can camp in the middle of the road and not worry about getting hit by a car.

This venue is probably ideal for the security btw, since 3 sides of the venue are either ocean or beach, with the front being the boardwalk. Can’t wait!!

That is what it sounds like to me.

Can't wait to see the Philly media piss all over this, or ignore it completely.
Roll Eyes

Yes, with only 7k capacity, you better get there really early and camp out.

https://www.foxnews.com/politi...l-release-trial-plan

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi signaled to congressional Democrats late Tuesday that she plans to continue to hold on to articles of impeachment against President Trump -- for now -- demanding that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell first release the resolution outlining the terms for a Senate trial.

In a letter to colleagues, Pelosi, D-Calif., indicated she would not transmit impeachment articles to the Senate until McConnell moves to “immediately publish” the resolution while accusing him of making “misleading claims” about past impeachment processes to “justify” Republican plans.

Pelosi suggested the House could appoint impeachment "managers" and transmit the articles once McConnell releases the resolution. Meanwhile, McConnell said Tuesday that Republicans “have the votes” to begin an impeachment trial, even without an agreement on potential Democrat-sought witnesses—once the chamber receives the articles from the House. McConnell also said Tuesday that GOP leadership would share the resolution to govern the trial, once it is unveiled.

If and when Pelosi transmits the articles to the Senate, she would pick Democratic House impeachment “managers” to prosecute the case against the president.

Last month, bipartisan sources told Fox News that several names have been floated to make the case for the president’s removal.

Likely candidates include House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., who led much of the impeachment inquiry out of his committee with dramatic hearings to develop the case against the president; House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., whose panel drafted the articles of impeachment; House Democratic Caucus Chairman Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y.; and Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., a constitutional lawyer.
...

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Schiff and Nadler would have a rough time arguing in the REP dominated senate. Schiff lies his butt off and Nadler at times seems not very skilled at all

Mitch McConnell Invites Nancy Pelosi to Sit on a Pinecone: “There will be no haggling with the House over Senate procedure”…
Posted on January 8, 2020 by sundance
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell delivered some bad news to Speaker Pelosi from the floor of the upper-chamber:

…”There will be no haggling with the House over Senate procedure. We will not cede our authority to try this impeachment. The House Democrats’ turn is over. The Senate has made its decision.”…

…Now, go make me a sandwich.
