All they are doing is trying to harass us.
It is our job to resist and throw it back in their face.
They KNOW it is going nowhere but yet they march on?

It's being reported that on his return from Ukraine last week (nb: why is it no Democrat "investigators" ever went to the source of their supposed impeachment cause?) that he has evidence of "substantial corruption" involving Democrats, including Joe Biden. He claims that Marie Yovanovitch, the Obama-appointed ambassador to Ukraine, was an obstacle blocking witnesses from coming to the U. S. to testify by denying them visas.

Of course, none of this has made a dent in the lamestream media. If you Google "Giuliani," you get nothing but smears and character assassination.

You can't truly call yourself "peaceful" unless you are capable of great violence. If you're not capable of great violence, you're not peaceful, you're harmless.

Maybe some wish to avoid a prolonged Senate trial just to kick the can down the road on exposing corruption on both sides and the deep state. Few are brave enough to take on the entrenched global power structure that has been running our country for decades. Maybe nobody is, and if so I can understand it. Who would risk a comfortable life to clean it up? Would you risk all to upset the status quo?

Barr and Durham might be the bravest wild west sheriffs ever. I'm going to predict they'll cave or be destroyed before they expose the deep state globalists. They'll be convinced it isn't worth it. I'm tossing the towel on ever seeing justice.

We'll look back at the Trump era as a time when we had hope of keeping America sovereign. I'm afraid that ship has sailed.

Sorry to disagree. That ship has not sailed. Barr will continue to do his job, and do it well. That is what has scared the crap out of the Anybody But Trump (ABT) lunatics.

I hope you are right. God (or something) truly has blessed America, and Donald Trump is evidence of the blessing continuing. My most optimistic self dreams of ridding us of the corruption.

That is surprising! Although I somehow missed that thread, myself.

Tensions are ratcheting up. Perhaps we're seeing shades of things to come. I'm curious what will bust loose if Trump is reelected. Eek

Well, in some places in the country when (Wink) Trump is re-elected, I can imagine it will be a total circus, complete with clowns and wild animals. I live in such a place. I'll be staying home, and staying low until they've cried themselves to sleep for a bit.

President Trump has sent a six page letter to Speaker Nancy Pelosi, with a cc: to the entire House and Senate, angrily opposing the impeachment charade being waged against him.

In it, he calls the impeachment effort an "illegal, partisan attempted coup," and that he doesn't expect her or the Democrats to change their minds, "“I write this letter to you for the purpose of history and to put my thoughts on a permanent and indelible record.”

I am unable at this time to copy the full text here, but you can read it for yourself here.

“House Judiciary Committee chairman Rep. Jerold Nadler was forced to miss Tuesday's House Rules Committee hearing as he rushed home to tend to his wife amid what was described as a family emergency.

Nadler, 72, last week shepherded through two impeachment articles after overseeing fractious televised hearings. Early Monday morning, Nadler's committee released a 658-page report calling for Trump's impeachment and laying out the Democratic case.

'We are all keeping him and his family in our thoughts and prayers,' said Rules chairman Rep. Jim McGovern of Massachusetts, [I’m not] as he informed lawmakers that Nadler would not be attending the last high-profile committee meeting before impeachment hits the floor Wednesday…”

They had to rush him to the ER to try to get his head out of his ass. Doctors advised him that since this is a chronic condition from which he has suffered for decades, they are unable to perform the much needed extraction, and since he is a leftist, this condition will go largely unnoticed by him and his family and peer group, and that he should by now be immune to any pain related to this condition, barring the outcome of the next election.

No... and I've come around to your way of thinking on this. Trump may say he wants a trial, but a summary acquittal would be better for everyone.
Let Barr and Durham go after the Biden’s and their dealings with Burisma.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Ambassador William Taylor to resign Ukraine post in January after impeachment drama

https://www.washingtonexaminer...er-impeachment-drama

William Taylor is expected to leave his role as U.S. ambassador to Ukraine on Jan. 1, just over a month after testifying in the House impeachment hearings.

The ambassador told NBC News that he would be leaving his position at the beginning of the new year. Deputy Chief of Mission to Ukraine Kristina Kvien will take over the position as acting ambassador, and Taylor is expected to leave Ukraine on Jan. 2.

Taylor, 72, was called in by House Democrats to provide context related to President Trump’s phone call with Ukrainian President Zelensky. Democrats filed two articles of impeachment following testimony from Taylor and others alleging that Trump abused his power and obstructed justice.

At the time, Taylor called Trump’s request for an investigation into Biden in return for military aid “crazy” but offered a much more reserved testimony before the House Intelligence Committee. He refused to say whether he witnessed a quid pro quo and offered some positive words about Trump’s effort to help Ukraine by providing them with lethal weapons.

Taylor and Trump had a rocky relationship. The president called Taylor a Never Trumper prior to his congressional testimony.

Trump will be responsible for choosing a permanent replacement for Taylor. His nominee will be subject to Senate confirmation.
