Pretty simple actually. One large ice ball in an appropriate glass, two shots of gunpowder rye whiskey, a teaspoon and additional dash of simple syrup, three dashes of angostura bitters and two dashes of orange bitters well stirred. I've tried this recipe with aromatic bitters as well and honestly don't feel like they improve the drink so I just stick to the angostura and orange bitters now.
