That's really funny, because I just came here to post the same thing.

Going for another six pack of it tomorrow. I'll bet there are perhaps several others of SF partaking of said brew also. Smile

Bitburger Festbier. Can't recall if I've ever had this Oktoberfest brew; was reaching for a six pack of Spaten but decided to try something new.

Hamm's. I failed to pick up a pack of Oktoberfest brew at the PX today, distracted by the news....

Four Roses has a Small Batch Select that is quite nice as well. It costs a shade more than their single barrel, but I think it's worth it. Whoever is doing their blending right now knows their stuff.

I've been watching this bartender, Anders Erickson, on YouTube lately. Decided to try some classic cocktails last night with friends.

https://www.youtube.com/c/AndersErickson

Made some pink ladies for the women. A few old fashioned with Makers Mark for the men. Later I made a few mojitos with the fresh mint from my yard. I'm enjoying this and plan to make a bunch more.

I also bought some quality real grenadine from Liber and Co. Much better than the Rose's crap you usually find.

These go to eleven.
