Nice choice. I keep a bottle of 1792 Full Proof on my bar. Reminds me it's time to go get another before this one falls under half. Four Roses has a Small Batch Select that is quite nice as well. It costs a shade more than their single barrel, but I think it's worth it. Whoever is doing their blending right now knows their stuff. | |||

I've been watching this bartender, Anders Erickson, on YouTube lately. Later I made a few mojitos with the fresh mint from my yard. I'm enjoying this and plan to make a bunch more. I also bought some quality real grenadine from Liber and Co.
