"If you’re a leader, you lead the way. Not just on the easy ones; you take the tough ones too…” – MAJ Richard D. Winters (1918-2011), E Company, 2nd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne
"Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil... Therefore, as tongues of fire lick up straw and as dry grass sinks down in the flames, so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty and spurned the word of the Holy One of Israel." - Isaiah 5:20,24 |

| Dos Equis XX. I have not had it in awhile. It was on sale, so I thought "what the hell".
Not bad.

| We have champagne Sunday every week. Tonight though I put a twist on it with a “Black Velvet” ... half champagne and half Guinness. Really very nice and even my wife who hates Guinness likes it.

Little ray of sunshine
| St. Arnold's Octoberfest. It is one of my favorite beers of all. I wait all year for this seasonal brew.

| I made enough room in the beer fridge yesterday to fill it back up with fest beer. Sam Adams Octoberfest, Paulaner Oktoberfest Märzen and Erdinger Oktoberfest. But I’ll go get more later this week - they have Weihenstephaner, Warsteiner, and Shiner Octoberfest in addition to the above three but are really heavy on the pumpkin crap (something over five but under 10 of those nasty things). I’m hoping they sell out of that and can stock more fest beer. Currently enjoying a Sam Adams Octoberfest.
