My last ammo order was a few weeks ago from SG Ammo, two cases of 7.62X39 and the UPS guy carried both at the same time up my driveway to my doorstep, I saw him through the window. I went outside and told the guy he needed a handtruck, and he said "nah bro...I got it".

Current pricing on steel cased 7.62 was an eye opener; more than any other ammo purchase in recent years, that one blew my mind, but I needed it.

This morning from target sports. Probably shoulda doubled this. I remember contemplating 80$ a thousand back when I started shooting. I’d have a room full doing it all over.

Well that was $2k worth of ammo ordered, I think it will blend in with the other Christmas packages.

I’ll see you and raise you.

I had to order and put together a new cabinet to hold all my damn ammo after the last month of addition.

Still want more lol

I should buy one, too, since my ammo has overflowed the lower half of my closet, but instead, I'm spending the cabinet money on more ammo.

I'll handle spillage later.

I always wanted the kind of stash shown in Post Holocaust movies. Where the survivor is scrounging for things and comes across someone's Survival Stash and it's packed with the finest guns and ammo.

Adjusted for inflation, 9mm has never been cheaper. If only 5.56 and 7.62x39 and x54 would calm down. I have a feeling that will change next year.

You can spend $1800 today, or $2000 next week / $2200 the week after for the same stuff, then be kicking yourself in the rear for not doing it today...

I was going to post this the other day - but then I read it. Increases in powder pricing of 1-7% to ammo manufacturers didnt seem like that big a deal.

Of course, we all know that when the cost of the wheat in a loaf of bread goes from 10 cents to 11, the price of a loaf of bread at the supermarket goes from $2 to $3.

So I bought 500 rounds of Blazer Brass 9mm for .28 per round at the local Sportsmans Warehouse yesterday just cause it was a pretty reasonable price.

Take a pic when it arrives!

Last time I ordered a lot of ammo, a freight company called and asked if a semi could drop a pallet off at the house. I was just starting with my FFL and wanted to have ammo on hand to sell.

Well… Not many people wanted ammo so I’m sitting on a ton of American Eagle FMJ and Federal HST. No problem with keeping it all. It’ll be good for years to come. Kids and I will be shooting good for a long time.

Not minority enough!
