Reminds me of a story I heard from the Exxon Valdez cleanup. Way the story goes, one of the seals rescued by <whoever> was eventually released back into the ocean after months and $$$$ of care. After the release, with cameras still taping, people were cheering the seal frolicking in the water. Right up until it was nabbed by an Orca. The seal lasted about half a minute after its momentous release ceremony. | |||
