A non-FFL cannot ship a pistol using USPS.

But, you should pay for a shipping label to yourself, forward it to him, and he can put it on the USPS box. That way, he is not the shipper.

Your friend can have a PA FFL ship it to you thru the USPS, bc ffls can do that. You’ll have to pay for the PA FFL to receive it into his book and then ship it. Thats all time and effort, so it’ll cost you.
