It depends on how it's written. As example "California had an expansive anti-mask law for decades, until the Iranian revolution in 1979. Iranian-Americans in California sued over the law, saying it kept them from shielding their identities for safety purposes in protests against the new leadership in Iran. The law was struck down." There was a replacement law but it's not been enforced. It has the vague word "intimidation" in it.

"A New York State law prohibiting “being masked or in any manner disguised” in public has withstood legal challenges since 1845 and has been used recently. The police in New York City cited the mask law while arresting people associated with the Occupy Wall Street movement in 2011 and 2012."

As with any propose law, it's wise to do a records search and see what laws of this type actually have worked

Antifa demonstrators hurled smoke and projectiles at police officers during rallies in downtown Portland on Sunday, injuring at least two, according to police.

The Rally and March Against White Nationalism, which was organized by the Portland Stands United Against Hate group, started off at a park on the waterfront with speakers leading demonstrators in song and prayers, Fox 12 reported.

After police changed the planned route of the march to avoid violence, tensions built up between the demonstrators and an opposing group, Patriot Prayer, also scheduled to hold a rally.

Police said demonstrators threw projectiles and smoke bomb — and knocked down a fence that police had put up. They also said seven suspects were in custody.

Show me one of these twatwaffles and I'll remind you of a young child that needed their butt smacked a few times and that opportunity was lost.

Almost every animal in the animal kingdom that rears its young "cuffs" its young, nips an ear, knocks them down, head butts, etc.

Because that is what is required to get attention and reinforce the needed negative stimulus for correctable behavior, "while the season is in", once gone, very little will repair that lost opportunity.

And children are much like young animals (I do not mean that in a negative sense), because they are still operating on instinct and nurture. They have yet to learn reasoning, "bartering" and the other things that adult humans effectively do to go along and get along in a civil society.

Sadly, "society" cannot "spank their butts", and double sad, is the realization that this "offspring" reproduces after its own kind", in the actualization of the political leadership we all inherit.

Well I guess those three dozen antifa intimidated the heck out of all seven of those policia. Or maybe not, I'll have to watch again.

I have been following the ANTIFA movement since they formed up after the election and I finally met my 1st ANTIFA members while doing crowd control for President Trump's visit to Texas. I was not impressed by these pampered zit faced college kids who's only reason for being there is that they are attention whores.
They were like parrots screeching out their made up version of reality. They seemed incapable of rational thoughts because their minds are totally saturated with all of the lies and fake news that they have obtained from the media and their campus professors throughout their young and unproductive lives. Just a bunch of brain washed idiot kids that have done absolutely nothing useful for the society that raised them into adulthood. A society that they are attempting to destroy if possible.
They are the useful idiots that the left is using to ferment distraction and distrust in our communities.
They are only able to operate because they are protected by their constitutional right to protest. If it wasn't for the Officers physically putting themselves between the ANTIFA protesters and the crowd of people who had showed up to see and hear President Trump they would of been stomped down and left bleeding and crying on the side of the road. Their main weapon is that the press loves to give them free air time.
Immature useful idiots attention whores one and all. Acting out because they are incapable of leading useful productive lives because they do not have the needed skills to survive in the real world. Their only thoughts are on themselves.
I believe that the best weapon to fight them is to just ignore them. They seek out confrontation in order to exist. Without the media putting them in the limelight every time that they show up they would fade away into the shadows.
