mult vit gummies. Fish Oil (brain and heart I suppose). Vit D (I am deficient and I hear it helps with the Covid). Fiber capsule (digestion and maybe a tiny bit of help with cholesterol).
Aspirin for heart (dr prescribed). Vit C.

On and off I try something that claims to help with the ringing in my ears.

Spectrum over 50 multivitamin, slow-release magnesium (for heart palpitations), fish oil pills, and condroitin (sp) for joints. I used to take more but scaled-back 3-4 years ago.

Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM - 2x1500/1200/1000 mg
Curcumin - 1x500 mg
Hyaluronic Acid - 1x100 mg
Rutin - 1x500 mg
Zinc - 1x50 mg
Collagen - 1x100 mg
Psyllium Husks - 2x720 mg
Wally's version of Centrum Silver

All are pills/capsules. A baggie full goes into my pocket and I take 3-4 at a time throughout the day/evening.

I know the glucosmine/chondroiton/msm helps. Not sure if the others do anything besides color my urine.

I posted earlier that I spend about $250/mo for supplements and I am 69. Well, I have been doing this since I was 45 so I have spent about $60,000 on pills adjusted for inflation.
I do not gamble, drink or smooke so I might be even and healthier.

interesting article in recent reader's digest suggesting that D may be a marker for the benefits of the sun but not necessarily the thing that brings the benefit.

I take a multi, and often drink at least one Gatorade / Powerade daily.

I'm on Symbicort, and it tends to wash potassium out of your system, causing muscle cramps. The multi plus the drink pretty much solves that.
