I just tried this tonite. I was going to oven roast 2 ears (350° for 30 min), but this seemed much simpler and wouldn’t heat up the kitchen. Yep, that's our evening meal for this 4th, BBQ'd ribs and Microwaved corn on the cob. I really think this is the absolute tastiest way to cook corn. Of course we're having hot dogs for lunch. Bob | |||
