Microwaving Corn on the Cob...

I just tried this tonite. I was going to oven roast 2 ears (350° for 30 min), but this seemed much simpler and wouldn’t heat up the kitchen. Worked as per the video.

Yep, that's our evening meal for this 4th, BBQ'd ribs and Microwaved corn on the cob. I really think this is the absolute tastiest way to cook corn.

Of course we're having hot dogs for lunch.
