So is it okay in California to shoot someone to stop them from getting away? Don't get me wrong-I'm happy the guy got shot-but I think the shooter will be facing charges if they find him. | |||

Certainly he will face charges, it's California. Hell most states he'd face charges. I just enjoy the poetic justice of bad guys leaking as a result of trying to rob some guy or gal just going about their business. It happens more than is commonly reported in CA. A lot of people carry illegally. If they have to shoot, leaving sometimes appears to be the best solution. | |||
