I've carried a Glock 23 on one hip, and a Glock 27 on the other hip since late summer. I was walking on the sidewalk near the mailbox when a large dog, a Rottweiler I think, got loose from the kid walking him and bit me on the hip, just below the belt on the strong side. Amazingly, while the dog nearly knocked me off my feet, it didn't break the skin. If I hadn't been carrying a package from the mailbox, however, it would likely have had me by the strong side wrist or forearm, unable to reach the Glock 23. Dog and walker ran away before I could get reoriented. Not letting that happen again.

Does anyone have the Cliff or other threads saved in any way?

I'd love to read through them again.

Trying to remember . . . I'm pretty sure that Cliff never got as far as discussing firearms. I think that his famous post was whining about a delay in activating his requested membership, and it all went downhill from there.

The mall ninja Geko45 was a legend in his own mind.

Someone posted this shrine online. Not complete but a good read.

I’m a somewhat older member, and after several inquiries, I still don’t know what a stew field is.

I do, however have Surefire 123a batteries for sale in the Classifieds at a price so low it’s almost criminal.
