Allen, Congratulations on your new RV. A lot of happy memories ahead of you. Is this your first RV? If not, then Im sure you are already aware of our #1 enemy, WATER getting inside. If this is tour first RV, I would like to suggest doing the “Eternabond Roof Tape” modification on your roof lines while your rig is still new. Less cleaning preparation. If you like, I can provide you a link at an RV forum where I posted this modification (if OK to post here). I am a member of the Forest River RV forum (not as active as I am here). A lot of information for new RV owners like myself. Just let me know.
Again, happy travels.

2019 Newmar Bay Star 3401 35', 2 slides Ford E-53 chassis (I asked for the 26K GVWR), Triton 320hp V-10, Torqshift tranny
One bed, king-sized, but the sofa folds into one as well.
ador, feel free to email me the link if you want. I'm on the Escapees and IRV2 forums.
My plan is to transition over to full-timing by September, then head to Texas. I've been researching....I dunno, two or so years now. Pretty crazy feeling to actually see (well, pics) of "my" RV.
