The first thought that came to mind. The second was that the last three judges that let him out should face severe consequences. Turning him loose on the with a bottle of gasoline and a lighter would probably be beyond the pale, but maybe disbarring them, confiscating all of their assets, and giving the to Bethany, if she survives, might be a start.
