That's awesome congrats. Probably bought yourself many healthier years above ground.

The only stat you listed that kinda surprised me is how much time those cigs took up. Of course some of the time is probably driving where you couldn't really be doing anything else but still.

I never smoked in my cars or home. Both were too nice to stink up.

I think the time won back refers to how each cigarette ticks minutes off your life, and that may be the time won back. Not certain though.

Congratulations keep it up. Several years ago my wife was in the hospital after serious operation I decided that She needed me more than I needed cigarettes so I quit cold turkey, but I still crave them.

Good for you. I quit smoking when I got out of the service(1999), I had tried several times before that...

When I got out I wanted to be a cop and quit for that reason. I initially used skoal to help me quit...that was a mistake....I quit that when I met Mrs Mike shortly after Aug99....

Congrats!

I’m 641 days nicotine free! I ran threw a can of Copenhagen long cut a day for almost 15 years.

Hardest thing I ever did was quit that crap. Turned my life upside down for a good while but one of the best things I could have ever done.

Congrats on one year — huge accomplishment.

Just remember — ODAAT! One day at a time.

Outstanding! Good for you!

Been off them for 15 years myself. Never knew how awful I smelled from smoking until after I quit. My wife owns a pre-school and one of the saddest things she see's every morning are the kids rolling out of SUV's in a cloud of smoke.
