Have these idiots not learned from Kapernicks folly? I watched the Chiefs Corner Back Peters sit during the National Anthem. How stupid can one be? My hopes is that he can follow in Kapernicks path and finds himself without a job next season. GO PATS!

He has done it all preseason. He rides the exercise bike during the national anthem. I am a Chiefs fan but not happy about this. They need to waive his ass. Last year he held his fist in the air during the national anthem.

Don't care if he sits. As a matter of fact, I don't care if 'all' of them sit, or kneel, or refuse to even go onto the field. The NFL is totally dead to me. I will not watch another game, purchase another ticket, or buy another piece of memorabilia 'ever'. If enough people would take that position, all of the current crap going on with the illiterate thugs would end.

That turned out to be a fake. Hunt said he didn't know where that letter came from.

It's easy, stop supporting that shit. If people stop paying to go to games and watching it on TV, they will get the message or go out of business.

I guess I have 2 thoughts on this. One, this is the United States of America, and these idiots have a right to express their beliefs.

Two, I wore the uniform of this country for 11 years, I have one grandson medically retired from the army, second grandson has 2 purple hearts and a bronze star (V) and has done several tours in Afrapistan.

While it is such assholes right to show such disrespect for this nation, it is my considered opinion that if you hate this country so much, just get the hell out of here!

Sadly, it seems, that these NFL league officials and team owners put so much more value on revenue and profit than they do loyalty and patriotism.

I bet he is ok with taking the evil white mans pay check - not sitting down on payday.

As other have expressed, F U to all these assholes and to the NFL. I have no use for them - there are many other activities competing for my entertainment dollars. Same with the sponsors, I avoid them. Now that's my freedom of expression afforded by the country I love.

The NFL game ran late last night, so when I turned on my usual, preferred, 10 PM News, it was still on the NFL.

I immediately switched channels, and I have a new preferred news channel. Smile

This right here. I'm done with the NFL.
I kinda started last year as my enjoyment of watching football waned. This year I'm not watching.

Every thread about cutting cable/dish there are multiple people posting that they would love to but they need to watch their sports. Paying $100 a month to watch a bunch of America hating thugs nearly brawl on a field is absurd. On top of that most to all of a team isn't even from the local area, what the heck are you supporting?

All these idiots, if they were visiting another country like North Korea they would be jumping up and down and clapping when Lil Kim came out, even if the wanted to or not, or risk being put in jail or killed. We should do the same here. You show no national pride for the country you are in, you get kicked out !!! God Bless Smile
