I can only hope she doesn't run. To say she'd capture a lot of votes is an understatement. You know the left is already energized, but you run a woman who is Black Woman Jesus and you will have so many black votes that I think hardcore R states in the south would turn purple, to say nothing of energized millennials. On that latter score, when tweets were going out about her running this afternoon, the hallways were filled with soon-to-be-18-year-old-voters squealing (I mean literally) in anticipation of voting for her. I don't know about "Apocalyptically bad"... that sounds really bad however.... Don't underestimate The Oprah. She's MUCH MORE appealing than Hillary, far fewer people hate her, and she would REALLY energize the black vote like Obama did.
