They need to really start hammering these people with the Glock’s modified with the Glock switch. I bet if a run of the mill citizen was caught with one they would get much more time than these guys who are caught in gang activity, drug dealing and other nefarious stuff.

I Wonder if he's seen the videos of the guy at the range with his switch that completely missed the target. That switch will get him more time than the pot
