They need to really start hammering these people with the Glock’s modified with the Glock switch. I bet if a run of the mill citizen was caught with one they would get much more time than these guys who are caught in gang activity, drug dealing and other nefarious stuff.

I think the federal minimum for a drug trafficking or crime of violence with a machine gun is 30 years.
Not sure about the states, but it’s quite a hammer on the federal side.
