Everytime we get in my truck, my seven year old grandson asks to hear Foghat. One of my all-time favorite bands.

They had some good ones!! I truly miss 'em!!

The Who!

nuff said Smile

Was able to get a hold of six CDs for the little Honda i drove to work, back when i went to a building, before this insanity. Turns out you can turn it ALL the way up and not blow out the speakers Big Grin

The Who is best enjoyed at high enough pressures so that one can enjoy all the nuances, such as John Entwistle on Lead Bass Smile

Oh, and it may also lead to quite enthusiastic driving Wink

Doobie Brothers, America, Moody Blues, Kansas, Boston, Eagles, Heart, Fleetwood Mac, Grand Funk Railroad, Bachman Turner, Steve Miller.

Chicago, and now especially Leonid & Friends.

Waylon Jennings and the Waylors.

Probably more but that’s all I can think of right now.

I almost forgot about Fleetwood Mac. Lots of drama and turmoil within the band but they made some dang good music.

Black Sabbath, Cheap Trick, Blondie, Pat Benatar, Foreigner, Talking Heads, Pink Floyd.......

If I could have as much fun, freedom and good music as the summer of '79 I'd call it good and die happy.

At the risk of dating myself Big Grin I think my all time favorite was, and still is, Benny Goodman and his band.
