If I could make a suggestion, Mr. Guam, you might want to learn how to tune a guitar before you subject anyone else to your playing, singing, and…sorry, that doesn’t quite meet the threshold for song writing.

I don't think it's a bad tuning, I think he's mis-fingering his "chords."
And I have to say that it's a tribute to Fender that a Strat played through a Fender amp (could not make out the model, maybe a FrontMan?) still manages to produce a decent tone even when misplayed by a clumsy no-talent amateur with a tin ear.
