I suspect this over-reaction/over-response is intended more to discourage other UK citizens from visiting the US where they can experience freedoms that are denied them at home rather than the reasons the authorities are giving.

It would probably be expecting too much from the Brits, but firearm’s tourism to the US should become the next big thing.

I don't know how it is now, but it used to be a thing for Japanese tourists traveling to Hawaii to hit the shooting ranges and taste the forbidden fruit. If the British did the same, I'd consider it a good thing.

A range that I used to frequent in the San Francisco Bay Area many years ago had groups of Japanese tourists. After a few weeks of that I quit that Range. Didn't feel at all Safe. Surrounded by first time shooters, not enough supervision and English as a second language. No thank you.

The question remains, who reported him LinkedIn EU?, an acquaintance on LinkedIn or employee/customer/employer?, or, is the Government scanning all residents of the UK with linked in profiles looking for content they have deemed improper and arresting citizens, are they looking specifically at people who have travelled to the US?

Of course they are, just as our Govt. is doing us (as with every Govt. with the wherewithal to do so)! Probably the earliest and most prevalent usage of AI technology.

I run into all kinds of people in international travel and the Brits, Kiwis, and Aussies are usually anti-gun and take pride in the banning of guns in their countries to make them "safe". One Brit in South Korea accused me of having machine guns because I have AR's.

All explanation of how banning guns wouldn't do any good because the criminals and many civilians would keep theirs, and drug gangs would smuggle them in with the drugs. The problem is the massive drug manufacturing and distribution enterprise that controls everything south of our border.

But now, I think they are realizing why having guns is so important. But it's too late as they are all unarmed now.

And the best way to turn an anti-gun Brit into pro-gun is taking them shooting. They ALL change their position almost immediately.

I understand completely! I was thinking about the political changes that could come about if the Brits were exposed to actual guns and not government-generated propaganda. Same here, of course.

So, he was "holding" a completely sightless (as far as I can tell) AR-15, as if it smelled awful.
What was the charge, poor form?

I took my NV CCW class at The Gun Store, the one that advertises machine gun rentals on billboards all around Vegas. They pretty much had a cab stand for the throngs of foreign tourists there to shoot. What a license to print money. When Mrs. Lee's folks come visit from China, they can't wait to hit the range with me and take videos of them shooting my FA guns. They don't do social media and are retired. But I'm sure they love to show their friends.

My gun range also rents FA guns and there are always groups of foreigners, often Taiwanese from the local chip plant, there to shoot.

What is totally laughable about this is the Shotgun he is holding is perfectly legal in the UK. I would hope that he gets a Lawyer or Barrister good enough to totally bankrupt the city where this took place. I would also help the case to point out that having a Jury view the following Web site which is based in the UK. Watch a whole lot of shotguns being shot there and don't feel the least bit threatened.

Coming soon...

<knock knock knock>

<door opens> Hello?

Police Officer: "'ello.... we understand you were thinking about a gun earlier today"

British Citizen: "Well, it was just a random thought after a joke about Rambo"

Police Officer: "Oh so you admit you thought about a gun"

British Citizen: "Well yes, he had one in the image"

Police Officer: "Right then.. come along with us, we're charging you with a thought crime"

How close they are....

I heard him on the Will Cain show on Fox Monday. He said he thought one of his clients who owed him money was behind this. That doesnt excuse what happened. It should never have been investigated by the police.

And if that wasn't enough, now the UK government wants to eliminate jury trials for all but the most serious crimes (murder, etc) as a way to clear the backlog of cases in the court system.

Trump is overturning the Empire.
Promethan Action has covered this extensivley
Overview of Promethean Action's Broadcasts on the UK
Promethean Action has focused on various aspects of the UK's political landscape, particularly in relation to Donald Trump's strategies and their implications for British influence.
Key Themes
Economic Warfare Against British Control
Trump is seen as actively dismantling British imperial control through strategic moves that exclude certain officials from peace talks and secure significant economic deals. This approach is described as a form of economic warfare aimed at undermining the traditional power structures of the British Empire.
Peace Initiatives and Global Influence
Trump's peace plan for Ukraine is highlighted as a potential threat to the British financial empire. The broadcasts suggest that successful US-Russia cooperation could lead to a new era, challenging the existing global order dominated by British interests.
Psychological Warfare
There are discussions about the psychological tactics employed by British entities to counter Trump's influence. The broadcasts emphasize the need for Americans to recognize and resist these tactics to support Trump's vision for peace and economic reform.
Recent Developments
FBI Actions Against Ukrainian Officials
Recent broadcasts report on the FBI's actions against Ukrainian officials accused of obstructing peace efforts and misappropriating US aid. This is framed within the broader context of Trump's administration's efforts to reshape international relations and reduce reliance on war funding.
Strategic Alliances
The broadcasts also cover the formation of new alliances that could shift the balance of power away from traditional Western dominance, particularly in light of recent international summits.
These themes reflect Promethean Action's focus on challenging established power dynamics and promoting a new vision for international relations.

I agree and that is more horrible news that will result in wide spread persecution of those that don't follow the woke agenda. This is also a disgrace in that police resources are being used to do this crap while serious violent crimes are sky rocketing in the UK often done by immigrants they are allowing in.

GB has lost its way; the empire is nearly dead. First world weapons are my real concern here. I hope the REAL Brit’s have nuclear codes that are unbreakable; I do not relish working nukes in the hands of filthy Islamic trash when the population tipping point is reached.
