Probably be talking to a long time friend who is working the game. He's doing audio for the radio broadcast on Clear Channel stations. Lives and works for the Saints. He's wearing some discreet saints items. His wife is not so discreet.

Going to the brother and sister in laws house. An annual family and friends gathering. There will be homemade pizza's, milk shakes and malts. Story's will be told, the game will be on. We do this every year. While we do not support the bullshit, we gather and have fun...

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Driving back to San Diego from the OpSpec Training course in Mesa, AZ.

Super Bowl Sunday is a great time to go to the zoo, museums, shows—anything that is normally too crowded.

Going to usual SB party in neighborhood. Also I suspect at least half of those who claim they won't watch will somehow find a way. A well played game is fun to watch.

My wife and I are going down to one of our LGS and then to Rural King. We are taking our pooch to show the guys at the store her new Glock jacket that my wife made her.

Then later we will watch a flick.

Year 3 of no NFL ends tomorrow...

I'll probably go do some reloading.

Working...catching up on paperwork (my minions created me three supervisor reports the last three nights I worked last week, each taking about 4-8 hours a piece to complete, that have to be done around all the other responsibilities) and once all the drunks get done watching the game, I'm sure we'll be dealing with them...

Knowing what one is talking about is widely admired but not strictly required here.

Although sometimes distracting, there is often a certain entertainment value to this easy standard.

Relax, work on my AR pistol, install some new base plates on two .45 Shield magazines, straighten up the gun room, laundry, etc.
