The man apologized, and then he received a hazing. A hazing is an initiation. You don't initiate someone you're going to kick out. Whether or not he tolerates the hazing is up to him, but that's the price for pulling something like this. He seemed to be having a genuine problem changing his email adress, and the only reason I locked his thread was to get his attention. Therefore, I offered up assistance on both things. If he stays, he stays. If he goes, he goes. It's his choice. The gauntlet was the price.
