Bacchanal is good. We also liked Wicked Spoon in the Cosmopolitan.
We did the Sterling Brunch in Bally's the last time we went.
Hell's Kitchen looks interesting, think we will go for that next time around.

We went maybe 4 or 5 years ago.

We enjoyed walking the entire strip and people watching.
Went to Freemont St during the day, should have went at night.
Only show we saw was The Beatles LOVE - Cirque du Soleil at The Mirage and it was AWESOME...

Flown into Vegas a number of times...

What do I enjoy?

Getting out of that town and driving over to Pahrump and attending Front Sight firearms training.
