I’ll have to try that Kerrygold. But boy, did I love that butter from Germany and Austria while there! Anything from the old country seems a cut above.

In sparsely populated flyover country options are more limited than in big urban centers. That said Kerrygold is widely available and very popular around here. We love it.

"Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil... Therefore, as tongues of fire lick up straw and as dry grass sinks down in the flames, so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty and spurned the word of the Holy One of Israel." - Isaiah 5:20,24

For baking or whatever, we use cheap butter. But for buttering toast, vegetables, or wherever else you're actually going to taste the butter, it's Kerrygold.

Lurpak (Danish) and Finlandia (Finnish) blow away Kerrygold, but neither are widely available in most markets.

Lurpak is unbelievably good... you will start putting cheese-style wedges on your toast.

I don't think anyone's mentioned Kerrygold yet. So, you might try that. Roll Eyes Big Grin

Bought some French President butter. It's pretty good. It is cultured, not quite as sweet as Kerrygold

It's horrible stuff, but I'm willing to take one for the team. If you have any of it in your possession, send it to me for proper disposal. Big Grin
